Hi, I’m India. I am a qualified integrative therapist and member of the BACP and I aim to create a warm, empathic atmosphere where my clients feel heard and held.
I look at both the past and the present, helping my clients to understand what may lead them to experience anxiety and other difficult feelings, and how to manage those in their day-to-day lives. I have a special interest in mindfulness techniques and have experienced first-hand what an impact these can have on anxiety, low self-esteem, mental health difficulties and more. My aim is for my clients to feel empowered, strong, healthy, and happy, and I am committed to fostering a genuine, honest, and impactful relationship with them so that they can truly reap the benefits of therapy.
