I work closely with my clients to enable long-lasting change, taking the time to look at behaviour, repeated patterns, and the primary issue that’s brought them to therapy.

My goal is to create a warm, empathic environment for my clients to feel heard and held. I’ve found that a balance of listening and collaboration can really encourage true transformation.

I look at both the past and the present, helping my clients to understand what it is from their past that may lead them to experience anxiety and other difficult feelings, and how to manage those in their day-to-day lives. I have a special interest in mindfulness techniques and have experienced first-hand what an impact these can have on anxiety, low self-esteem, mental health difficulties and more. My aim is for my clients to feel empowered, strong, healthy, and happy, and I am committed to fostering a genuine, honest, and impactful relationship with them so that they can truly reap the benefits of therapy.

I am a fully-qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, accredited by the BACP. I work with individual adults, children, adolescents and couples.
