Whether you’re new to therapy or have prior experience, I hope I can help.
I offer virtual therapy sessions to help stress, anxiety, depression management, and more. I use an integrative approach, where I work with my clients to understand their past, and how to work with trauma and anxiety to increase self-compassion and manage difficult feelings that may come up in daily life.
Each of my sessions is 50 minutes, and I offer prices on a sliding scale.
